Warranty & After-Sales Support

This page explains our after-sales support principles for industrial equipment, custom printing services, and international project cooperation. Warranty scope, delivery terms, and service methods are subject to written quotations, technical agreements, or contracts.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Scope

  • Concrete 3D printing equipment, carving equipment, desktop all-in-one printers, and related supporting systems.
  • Custom printing, sample testing, material validation, and small-to-medium batch production services.
  • Spare parts, remote commissioning, training, maintenance advice, and technical project communication.

Warranty principle

Warranty coverage, warranty period, exclusions, spare-part support, and response methods should be defined in the formal quotation, contract, or technical agreement. Customized industrial equipment, project-based services, and special material testing are not handled as standard consumer-product returns.

Support methods

  • Remote technical communication, video meetings, operation guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Spare parts, wearing-part recommendations, and maintenance plans according to the agreed scope.
  • If required, on-site installation, training, or commissioning can be discussed separately based on destination, visa conditions, site readiness, and commercial agreement.

International delivery

International shipping, duties, customs clearance, insurance, destination charges, site readiness, and local electrical or safety requirements should be confirmed before purchase. Import, certification, and use requirements vary by country or region and should be checked by the customer locally.

No implied guarantee

Unless confirmed in writing, this page is not an unconditional warranty, return guarantee, local building-code approval, or structural-safety guarantee. Projects involving load-bearing structures or on-site construction should be reviewed through local engineering evaluation and required testing.
