XN-MAGIC 25 Industrial Gantry Multi-Material 3D Printer

XN-MAGIC 25 features an industrial gantry architecture and provides a build volume of 2500 × 2500 × 2500 mm. It is designed for the additive manufacturing of medium- and large-format components and complex geometries.
The system supports two printing processes:

  • Fused-granulate fabrication: Thermoplastic pellets are heated, melted and extruded layer by layer along a digitally generated toolpath.
  • Concrete-mortar 3D printing: Cement-based material is deposited layer by layer through a dedicated feeding and extrusion system.
    Its modular printing configuration allows the appropriate process system to be selected for plastic-pellet or concrete-mortar applications.
